All resell rights and master resell rights products are provided "as is" and without warranty. You have the right to a replacement if the downloaded file is empty or damaged. The performance of the product is not guaranteed by us unless we are the original author and have retained the rights. We offer two hours of support at no extra charge for proprietary scripts and such others as we specify.

All other products, which do not fit in to one of the above categories, are provided by us as a service to you and are believed to be good quality products but are not guaranteed to be so by us. As a general rule there are NO refunds of any kind after you have downloaded your product. We will provide support for any product we sell at our normal prices

All support provided, if not specified as free, will be charged at the then-current hourly rate. This rate is $25 per hour with a one hour minimum as of August 1, 2007 and is subject to change without written notice. If you ask for support you may be asked to pay a partial fee in advance as a sign of good faith. In any case, if you ask for our help, you agree to pay our fee promptly when requested and in a manner acceptable to us. We do provide limited support free of charge if you honestly cannot afford to pay for it. Please be honest with us and we will try to help you. Under no conditions will payment be later than 48 hours after the service has been completed unless you have specified, in advance, that you cannot afford to pay.

If you purchase any product or service from us you acknowledge that you are agreeing to abide by these Terms.
